The receipt of your deposit and/or final payment of your booking will indicate that you and your travel agent (when applicable) have read these Terms and Conditions, and that you (and your agent) have agree and accepted them. The Terms and Conditions below form the basis of the contractual relationship between and its clients. It is extremely important that our clients understand and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as all web contents.
Deposits & Payment Policy:
Deposit the amount equivalent to 30% tour the booking is required upon confirmation of booking tour.
Balance of the trip will be done before the trip starts or payment by cash upon arrival. Payment can be made by our tour guide or Asian Discovery Travel's staff.
Money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees is paid by the clients.
Service voucher:
Vouchers will be issued by Asian Discovery Travel after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax or another social such as whatsapp, viber, zalo or facebook to passengers.
Cancellation policy:
1. In case of cancellation due to Asian Discovery Travel:
If Asian Discovery Travel cannot make the trip, Asian Discovery Travel must immediately notify the customer and refund the customer the entire amount paid within 5 - 10 days from the date of notification of trip cancellation. Refund in cash or bank transfer.
2. In case of cancellation by the customer:
– In case if you cancel your trip immediately after registration up to 10 days before departure date, you will be fined 30% of the total tour price.
– In case of tour cancellation within 5 - 10 days before departure date, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the total tour price.
– In case of tour cancellation within 2 - 5 days before departure date, you will be charged a fee of 75% of the total tour price.
– If you cancel your trip within 0 - 2 days before departure date, you will be charged 100% of the tour ticket price.
Note:
– In case of tour cancellation due to objective incidents and force majeure cause such as natural disasters, epidemics, delays and cancellations of public transport vehicles... Asian Discovery Travel will not be responsible for compensating any additional costs in addition to refunds of your travelling.
– Above is the maximum cancellation penalty, this cost can be reduced depending on the conditions of each service provider for Asian Discovery Travel.
– Trip cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Case of force majeure:
If the tour program is canceled or changed by either party due to a force majeure reason (fire, weather, accident, natural disaster, war, delay and cancellation of public transport vehicles). plus...), then both parties will not bear any obligation to compensate for losses that have occurred and will not bear any legal responsibility.
However, each party is responsible for trying its best to help the injured party to minimize losses caused by force majeure.
Liability:
Asian Discovery Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Asian Discovery Travel will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value.
Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
Passport and Entry Visa:
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether
his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. Asian Discovery Travel strongly sugguest and advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation of baggage
and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
